Lessons

Our lessons are English-focused with an emphasis on hunter/jumpers. Each lesson has a big focus on flat work and understanding how the horse's body works, and how your body works while riding the horse. Katie graduated with an education degree in 2023 and she has been riding for over 15 years. Katie combined both of her passions to offer this lesson program. She believes that each lesson should be catered to the rider to ensure they reach their goal. Due to this, she uses a variety of teaching methods while instructing. Katie will help you every step of the way at your own pace. Lessons are offered to ages 3 and over.

Lesson Form

Lesson pricing

Lessons are $45 per lesson or $170 a month. The lesson package must be used in 5 weeks from the start of the first lesson.

24-hour cancellations policy (emergency excluded) is reinforced. If the lesson student is late extra time will not be given. If more than 15 minutes late lesson student forfeits time with no make-up. If there is a cancellation due to weather or illness lessons will be made up that week or be added to the end of the package.

For lessons please wear long pants and closed-toe shoes preferably with a small heel. Helmets are provided but we encourage you to purchase a riding-certified helmet if you see yourself continue riding lessons.
