Massage

Massage is not only proven to relax your horse but will reduce muscle tension and soreness, reduce muscle spasms, give greater flexibility and range of motion, and create better blood circulation. Massage used correctly helps lose scar tissue and helps restore the Fascia. This helps allow the horse to move more freely, therefore preventing injuries.

Kinesiology taping

Kinesiotaping is a great addition to any full-body massage. This is a great way to support your horses’ liniments, tendons, muscles, and joints during movement. If that is not enough, it improves circulation, reduces pain, and helps reduce inflammation. There are many years of evidence backing up this therapy. The nerve is triggered and that promotes healing, relaxation, and pain relief. Taping can be done throughout the body depending on the needs of the horse.
